The most affordable sold for just over 1 million in Central Burnaby and the other end of the spectrum the highest price house sold for just under 2.3 million in the Burnaby Lake Area. There are almost 60% less detached home listings on the market than 1 year ago but prices have risen almost 5% in that time. Condos have increased in price by almost 2% in 1 year. Townhomes are down in price by almost 2%. There were 3 sales and 11 active listings in Vancouver Heights last month, 4 sales and 24 active listings in Capitol Hill and 0 sales and 10 active listings in Willingdon Heights.  …

Condos have increased by 4.6% and townhomes have increased by 3.6%. There were 3 sales and 12 active listings in the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood in May.
