Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Stats for August 2020

The market is hot! Despite Covid 19 there has been a 6.6% increase in detached home prices for 2020. Apartment prices are up 4.5% and attached homes are up 4.5%. Burnaby North prices of detached homes are up 7.4% over last year. East Vancouver prices are up 10.1% over last year.
